|  |  | Donaldson joins Crosland as Project ManagerRaleigh, N.C. August 15, 2006 – Crosland Inc., one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has named James Donaldson as a project manager in its Raleigh office.
Donaldson previously was project manager with Capstone Building Corp. in Greenwich, Conn., where he specialized in turning around troubled student and military housing construction projects. Before that, he was operations construction manager with Orlando Development, Inc., a high-end residential development company in Greenwich. From 1993 to 2003, Donaldson served as vice president of Viking Construction, Inc., a general contracting, construction management and residential development company in Stamford, Conn.
“We are fortunate to have someone with Jim’s breadth of experience and record of success in real estate development as part of our team,” said Glenn Crum, vice president of Contracting for Crosland’s Raleigh office. “With the addition of seasoned professionals like Jim to our team, Crosland is building a formidable organization in Raleigh.”
Crosland currently has 1,564 multi-family units in the development pipeline in the Triangle area including Weston Lakeside, the Residences at the Arboretum, Southpoint Village and Wilson Park.
