The location will be the site of Dr. Blackburn’s internal medicine practice.
Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, N.C. George Macon, of Merrifield Partners, and Joe Knox Properties represented the Seller in this transaction.
