New Retail Shops and Restaurants Join StoneCrest at Piper GlenCharlotte, N.C., Feb. 14, 2007 – StoneCrest at Piper Glen, located on Rea Road between I-485 and Ballantyne Commons Parkway, welcomes a variety of new shops and restaurants to its 450,000 square-foot retail, dining and entertainment destination. Claire’s, Nothing But Noodles, and newly expanded Shoe-In have opened; and Starbucks, Boneheads and The Flying Biscuit Café will be opening this spring.

Claire’s (1,187 square feet), one of the most popular accessory stores in the retail industry, has opened one of its trademark stores at StoneCrest. Claire’s Stores, Inc. is a leading international specialty retailer offering value-priced costume jewelry and accessories to fashion-aware tweens, teens and young adult females through its two store concepts: Claire’s and Icing by Claire’s. Nothing But Noodles (3,123 square feet) is a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to providing the highest quality, best tasting, made to order noodle and global pasta dishes available.
Nothing But Noodles serves cuisine that draws on a variety of cultural influences from around the world, including Asian, European, Mediterranean and American. The restaurant is currently open for your dining enjoyment.
Shoe-In (3,486 square feet), newly expanded and remodeled, is open for business. The store offers a wide variety of children’s and women’s athletic, dress and casual shoes.
Nationally known Starbucks Coffee Company (2,209 square feet) plans to open at StoneCrest in February. Founded in 1971 in Seattle’s Pike Place Market, Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian-style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment, primarily through its company-operated retail stores.
Boneheads (2,283 square feet), set to open later this year, features fresh, never fried or breaded, grilled chicken and fish. Boneheads offers a healthy and delicious dining experience at a price that is comparable with most fast food restaurants.
The Flying Biscuit Café (2,363 square feet) will also open later this year. StoneCrest patrons can indulge in Flying Biscuit’s famous fare all day long. Atlanta Magazine calls The Flying Biscuit Café a “true gourmet bargain,” offering something for everyone – comfort food, vegetarian dishes, and traditional Southern home cooking.
With spring right around the corner, StoneCrest will offer customers two new areas to enjoy outdoor seating and dining. Both located in “The Village,” these park areas will feature seating and hardscape areas, including a fountain, for enjoying the seasonal weather.
