|  |  | Crosland Earns National Recognition for Excellence in Multifamily Customer ServiceCharlotte, N.C., July 25, 2007 –Crosland LLC, one of the Southeast’s leading real estate companies, has won the 2006 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence.
This is the seventh consecutive year that Crosland has earned the award, which is based on customer satisfaction rates in all of Crosland’s apartment communities. The award was given to only four companies nationwide. More than 4,800 multifamily properties, representing approximately 800,000 homes, participated in the competition.
“Given the diversity of our apartments, from affordable housing to high-end mixed-use communities, this is a significant honor for Crosland,” said Adam Ford, vice president of Crosland’s residential division. “Meeting resident needs every day is just as vital to Crosland’s community-building mission as how well a project is designed and built.”
Based on resident surveys, the award recognizes Crosland for its management performance and commitment to the highest level of quality and service. The third-party customer satisfaction survey was conducted by CEL & Associates, the nation’s largest surveyor of resident satisfaction within the multifamily real estate industry.
Crosland’s portfolio includes 32 diverse apartment properties. They vary from 40 to 500 residences in Asheville, Cary, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Durham, Gastonia, Greensboro, Raleigh and Wake Forest in North Carolina. Ranging from affordable housing to upscale market-rate properties, from in-town to suburban locations, Crosland’s apartment communities provide homes for residents at all stages of life and income levels.
