|  |  | Chick-fil-A Coming to Crosland’s Pendleton VillageCharlotte, N.C., Aug. 7, 2007 – Crosland LLC, one of the Southeast’s leading diversified real estate companies, will soon welcome national restaurant chain Chick-fil-A to Pendleton Village, a 25-acre commercial development in the northwest quadrant of the I-77/Hwy. 160 interchange in Fort Mill, S.C.

Chick-fil-A boasts a menu based on chicken products and fresh ingredients, tasty side dishes, enjoyable desserts and hand-made preparation techniques for many items including hand-breaded chicken and freshly squeezed lemonade. Signature items such as the Southwest Chargrilled Salad, Chicken Cool Wrap and Breakfast Burrito will be offered alongside of Chick-fil-A’s legendary sandwiches, side dishes and desserts.

The restaurant is scheduled to open January 2008. Site work is underway for 31,000 square feet of retail shop space and two additional outparcels, which will open fall of next year. Lowe’s Home Improvement anchors the village center. The 140,000-square-foot store opened in June.
