80-bed Nursing Home to Join Clear Creek Business Park

Charlotte, N.C., November 21, 2008 - Hillco, Ltd. has purchased a 10.7-acre site at Clear Creek Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of an 80-bed Nursing Home.

Clear Creek Business Park is a 350-acre park located on Hwy 51 at I-485 in Mint Hill, NC.

Ted Hill of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and Ken Chapman of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in this transaction.
