Arrowood Village Site to House Primrose School Daycare Center

Charlotte, N.C. March 3, 2009 - Primrose School Franchising Company has purchased a 1.91-acre site at Arrowood Village, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of a children’s daycare center.

This prime site lies across Arrowood Road from Whitehall Corporate Center. It is across from the school complex of Olympic High School, Kennedy Middle School and Steele Creek Elementary and also fronts on the Arrowood Rd access ramp from I-485 (exit 3). Sites are available for convenience, restaurant, hotel, office and retail uses.
