The Shoppes at Oberlin Court Welcome Zoë’s Kitchen and Massage Envy

Raleigh, N.C., March 5, 2009 – Crosland LLC, one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has announced Zoë’s Kitchen and Massage Envy as new tenants in The Shoppes at Oberlin Court. Located inside the beltline at the intersection of Wade Avenue and Oberlin Road, Oberlin Court offers 30,000 square feet of street front retail, anchored by 370 luxury apartment units. Current occupants include Oberlin Cleaners, Rita's Ice and Tropical Smoothie Café.

Opening its first Raleigh location in late summer at Oberlin Court, Zoë’s Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh sandwiches, hot plates and salads with a Mediterranean flair. Occupying 2,990 square feet, Zoë’s Kitchen will offer convenient options for customers including take-home tubs of chicken salad, egg salad and pimento cheese as well as dinners for families on the go. Zoë’s Kitchen was founded in 1995 by Zoë Cassimus in Birmingham, Ala., and now has 22 locations across the country.

The Massage Envy store at Oberlin Court will occupy 3,850 square feet when it opens in early March.
