Time Warner Cable Leases Warehouse Space at Whitehall Business Center

Charlotte, N.C., July 29, 2009 - Time Warner Cable has leased 16,000 s.f. in Whitehall Business Center, 7606 Whitehall Executive Drive, Charlotte, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be used primarily as a warehousing facility to support Time Warner’s Charlotte area cable television, high-speed internet, and digital phone businesses.

Time Warner Cable is the second-largest cable operator in the United States serving over 14 million customers in New York State (including New York City), the Carolinas, Ohio, southern California (including Los Angeles) and Texas.

Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the landlord in this transaction.

Whitehall Business Center is a 102,000 s.f. class A flex building located on Arrowood Road in Charlotte, NC with excellent access to Hwy 49, I-77, I-485, I-85 and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
