Providence MarketPlace Welcomes New Tenants

Charlotte, N.C., August 19, 2009 – Crosland LLC announces several openings and upcoming additions at Providence MarketPlace in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

rue21 (4,210 sf) will join Providence MarketPlace in late August. The retailer offers a broad assortment of the newest emerging fashion trends in apparel for girls and guys. Trendy accessories and an assortment of fragrances are available to complete any outfit. With prices often 25-50 percent below those of its competitors, the company stands for fashion and quality at a great value. New shipments arrive daily, so wide selections of styles are always available for the fashion-conscious customer.

rue21 operates over 500 stores in 43 states with an aggressive expansion plan to open 100 stores annually. With customers of all ages, rue21 is a favorite of anyone looking for fashion that is young, fresh and affordable.

Body Shop Fitness (1,842 sf) which specializes in personal fitness training opened its doors to Providence MarketPlace customers in May. Body Shop Fitness offers monthly gym memberships as well as customized personal training utilizing Crossfit, a multi-functional core training program. Body Shop Fitness members work out on brand new Legent, Cybex and SportsArt cardio and weight-lifting equipment.

The gym is staffed by certified personal trainers and Crossfit-certified trainers who want to get customers into the best shape possible.

Body Shop Fitness also offers competition preparedness for body building, power lifting as well as fitness, figure and bikini competitions. Nutrition training is available from a National Level Fitness Competitor, and the fitness center carries a variety of supplement lines including such top brands as, Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Gaspari Nutrition, CytoSport.

Cori’s DogHouse (1,374 sf) will also join Providence MarketPlace in late August. The restaurant will serve hot dogs and gourmet sausages with an assortment of toppings complemented by delicious French fries.
