| Tenure with Crosland: Since 1988 Professional Experience In his management role, Roger is responsible for conceiving luxury and affordable apartment projects, site acquisition, feasibility studies, managing and retaining design professionals, obtaining project financing, gaining entitlements and regulatory approvals, as well as supervising general contractor activities during project construction. Prior to joining Crosland, Roger held management positions with Union Camp Corporation that included budget analyst, real estate asset manager, marketing manager and golf community general manager. He also has worked as an independent real estate broker for Investment Real Estate, Inc., and as a developer for U.S. Capital Corporation.
