Tenure with Crosland: Since 1998 Professional ExperienceAs Senior Vice President of Apartments, David oversees multi-family and mixed-use development for eastern North Carolina as well as managing the daily office operations for the Triangle regional office. Responsibilities include market research, site acquisition, financial feasibility analysis, project financing, project design, construction management and the pursuit of new acquisition and redevelopment opportunities.
