Professional Experience
As a Development Associate, Keith focuses his energies on providing coordination, direction and assistance in the successful development efforts for the Raleigh’s Multi-family Division. With twelve years experience in the multi-family housing industry, Keith tracks each project from site selection and implementation of the project through entitlement, project design, budgeting, permitting, construction and final completion, with an emphasis on architectural and construction issues. Keith provides a hands-on approach for integrating various aspects of the development, design and construction processes for success. Keith began his career as a museum exhibits designer for the North Carolina Museum of History before returning to school for a master’s degree in Architecture. He gained experience in various architectural offices before becoming a registered architect in 1999. Keith served as a project architect with an emphasis in multi-family housing for several years before joining the Crosland team. Affiliations and Accreditations
