Apartment Leasing Office Now Open at Biltmore Park® Town Square

Asheville, NC, May 14, 2009 – Crosland LLC announces the opening of the leasing office for the apartments at Biltmore Park Town Square, a joint venture between Crosland and Biltmore Farms LLC.

Biltmore Park Town Square features 120 one- and two-bedroom garden and two-bedroom townhome apartments. The first luxury apartment residents moved in last month, and construction is slated for completion in September. The community offers 12 different open floor plans, many of them built above retail space, ranging in square footage from 905 to 1,551 with grand opening incentives of two months free for an immediate move-in and one month free for a July move-in.
