Nia Point is an affordable apartment community conveniently located near I-85, I-77 and the Brookshire Freeway just a few miles north of Center City. This newly constructed community consists of 81 two- and three-bedroom garden apartments and townhomes. Nia Point is named after the Kwanzaa concept of progress.

Because of special government financing, the rents at Nia Point are about half or less than rents at contemporary, luxury apartment communities.
