Varela is a proposed mixed-use development consisting of 350 luxury apartments and 12,000 sf of retail located within the heart of Tampa’s Westshore district. Lake Copeland
Situated on the shore of downtown Orlando's historic Lake Copeland, this proposed 7-story mixed-use residential and retail project will be one of the cities most sought-after living destinations.
