Professional Experience
At Crosland, Jim is currently responsible for managing Oberlin Court II, a mixed-use development in Raleigh and South Point Village, an apartment community in Durham. Jim has over 25 years of experience in managing large public works, commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects. He previously was a project manager with Capstone Building Corporation in their northeast regional office, where he specialized in turning around troubled student and military housing construction projects.
Before that, Jim was a construction operations manager with Orlando Development, Inc., a high-end residential development firm in Greenwich. From 1993 to 2003, Jim served as vice president of Viking Construction, Inc., a general contracting, construction management and residential development company in Stamford, Connecticut. |
