Crosland's Contracting division is known for quality construction and custom-tailored solutions. We are wood frame multifamily construction specialists, but build single family and light commercial projects as well. Often the general contractor of choice for Crosland's Apartments division, we also take assignments from other selected owners and developers, in addition to working with other general contractors.

Since 1995, Crosland has constructed nearly 3,000 residential units. Multi-family projects vary from 17 to over 300 units. The division is ranked 21 among largest contractor headquartered in the Charlotte, North Carolina region.

Crosland’s primary building capabilities include:

• Suburban market-rate apartments, such as Cranbrook Apartments and Weston Lakeside
• Affordable housing apartment projects like Arbor Glen, Nia Point and Montgomery Gardens
• Mixed-use projects, including Birkdale Village and Oberlin Court
• Historic adaptive reuse apartments, for example Alpha Mill
• Senior housing communities like Givens Estates, Arbor Glen and The Laurels of Lake Junaluska
