In response to the industry’s shifting economic conditions, Crosland divested its operating divisions, choosing to focus exclusively on asset management and financial oversight of its current portfolio of properties. The decision reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to responsible fiscal stewardship and its proven ability to effectively forecast and adapt to changing markets.
An office is opened in Raleigh to serve the Triangle. The company brand is re-cast as Crosland with the tagline, “It’s our place to improve yours.” Division names become Office and Industrial, Retail, Apartments, Land Development, and Contracting.
