Tenure with Crosland: Since 2003 Professional Experience Jim is responsible for expanding Crosland’s Land Development Division in the Research Triangle market. His responsibilities include market analysis, product placement, land acquisition and entitlement, financing, construction, lot sales, and homeowner association management. Previously, Jim was Development Manager and broker in charge for the Raleigh office of Duke Realty Corporation, a national office and industrial REIT. His professional experience also includes civil engineering design management and five years of military service as an active duty Army officer.
