HHHunt Homes Announces Construction in Knightdale's Churchill Community

Raleigh, N.C., November 25, 2008 – HHHunt Homes is proud to announce the construction of 39 home sites at Churchill in Knightdale, its first Triangle neighborhood as part of the company’s new Raleigh home building division. Knightdale is well known as one of the Triangle’s fastest growing areas and Churchill has great proximity to I-540 and the US 64 bypass.

HHHunt has teamed up with Crosland Development who developed this community of 542 total unique single family homes. Neighborhood amenities include a large pool, a children’s play area and more than five miles of walking trails.

Churchill will showcase the Hayes Barton collection of homes, which features seven floor plans with four distinctive exterior design styles Heritage, Bungalow, Coastal and European. HHHunt’s Churchill model home is under construction, and is planned to open December 20th. Sales will be managed through Fonville Morisey & Barefoot.
