| Tenure with Crosland: Since 2005 Professional Experience
Waddill is responsible for the design, project management and land development throughout the Triangle for the Raleigh office. Prior to joining Crosland, Waddill developed $67 Million worth of multi-family projects throughout the southeast when he was Director of Acquisitions for Transom Development. His experience gave him familiarity with the process of entitlements, site evaluation and acquisitions. He has also worked as a commercial broker in Raleigh for Commercial Associates where he leased 520,000 square feet of retail, flex, office and warehouse space.
