|  |  | Adam Jones joins Crosland as Project Manager
Raleigh, N.C. June 11, 2007 – Crosland, one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has named Adam Jones as a project manager in its Raleigh office. 
Jones previously worked as a project manager with Ellis Denning Construction and Development as well as The Holladay Corporation in Washington, D.C. At both companies, he was responsible for the construction of urban infill, mixed-use condominiums and apartments. He also managed HUD-funded affordable housing projects and Brownfields Program land development.
Earlier in his career, Jones was an operations manager with The Stanley Martin Company, a semi-custom and production homebuilder. At Stanley Martin, he was responsible for the delivery of more than 150 homes per year. This experience built upon his work at the Craftmark Group, where he served as a superintendent providing field management on condominium projects in Montgomery County, MD. Jones is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a B.A. in Political Science and History.

Crosland currently has more than 1,500 multi-family units in the development pipeline in the Triangle area including Oberlin Phase II, the Residences at the Arboretum, Southpoint Village, 712 Tucker and Cosgrove Hill.
