Tenure with Crosland: Since 1984 Professional Experience As President, Peter Pappas manages overall development of retail properties, including leasing and sales, as well as existing property operations. He has participated in the development of more than 3.5 million square feet of retail space, including Birkdale Village and Sycamore Commons. He is currently involved in the development and leasing of an additional 1 million square feet, including Blakeney Town Center in Charlotte, North Carolina and Poyner Place in Raleigh, North Carolina.
