Additionally, Sweetbay Supermarket opened August 2.

The 75-seat Incognito will provide MiraBay residents and guests a place for an after work cocktail and entertainment on the weekend. The restaurant will serve traditional bar food with a modern upscale twist.

“Incognito is excited to be moving into MiraBay Village because we believe that the Apollo Beach/ South Shore area is in need of a more upscale restaurant to enjoy cocktails,” said Kristina Knott. “We want people to be able to come and savor our innovative martinis and delicious small plates in a modern and hip, yet relaxed atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering quality ingredients, high service standards and first rate entertainment.”

China Taste and a nail salon and spa will be joining Incognito Lounge and Sweetbay Supermarket as retail establishments at MiraBay Village.

“We are thrilled to announce these new unique shops and restaurants will be coming to MiraBay Village,” said Mike Wiggins for Crosland. “The opening of Sweetbay is just the beginning of great things to come for the residents of Apollo Beach.”
