Package One, LLC Purchases Site at Austin Village for Orthodontic Practice

Charlotte, N.C., August, 21 2008 - Package One, LLC has purchased Suite F (2,700 s.f.) in Building I at Austin Village, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of Dr Richard Graham’s orthodontist office, specializing in children and adult orthodontics.

Bob Vande Weghe of Evergreen Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer and Ken Chapman of Merrifield Partners represented the Seller in this transaction.

Austin Village is a 100-acre mixed-use development just off of I-485 at the intersection of Potter’s Road and Chestnut Lane in Indian Trail. This mixed-use development is in an ideal location, being one of the only sites commercially zoned in the area. At the center of the property is a village green with offices, shops and restaurants. Austin Village is planned to have 375,000 square feet of retail, medical, and professional office space, and forty acres has been reserved for future residential development.
