Several National Chains Join Richmond Centre

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, Verizon Wireless, Sally Beauty Supply and LifeWay Christian Store to Open in Fall

Lexington, Ky., June 25, 2009 – One national restaurant chain and three national retailers are joining Richmond Centre, the leading regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality center in south-central Kentucky.

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar (5,326 sf), one of the nation’s fastest-growing restaurant chains, isn’t just a typical sports bar. While the New York-style wing joint is best known for its wings and 14 signature sauces, Buffalo Wild Wings also offers a complete menu of salads, appetizers, burgers and a variety of specialty items.

Customers can take in a game on one of the many big-screen TVs or play the Buzztime Trivia system, in a dining environment that the chain calls “fun, edgy, high-energy and easygoing.” The restaurant will open in September.

Verizon Wireless (3,144 sf) is bringing its industry-leading quality product offerings and innovative technology to Richmond Centre customers. Verizon Wireless manages the nation’s largest and most reliable wireless voice and data network with more than 80 million Verizon Wireless customers. The retailer plans to open in October.

Sally Beauty Supply (1,318 sf), the world’s largest provider of professional salon, spa and beauty supplies, is joining Richmond Centre in September. Sally Beauty Supply specializes in the sale of professional-quality products for hair, skin and nails. Each store offers more than 6,000 different products.

Sally Beauty Supply presents customers with two loyalty programs – the Beauty Club Card for non-professional customers and the Sally ProCard for professionals. These programs provide discounts on every item in the store, and members receive monthly newsletters with beauty tips, new product information and exclusive coupons.

LifeWay Christian Store (4,653 sf) plans to open its doors in late September. LifeWay Christian Store provides Christian products and services, including Bibles, church literature, books, music, audio and video recordings and church supplies. There are currently 148 LifeWay Christian Stores operating across the nation.

Located 21 miles south of Lexington and visible from I-75 at exit 87, Richmond Centre is set on a 120-acre tract in central Kentucky and is one of the largest retail destinations between Lexington and Knoxville, Tenn. Just one mile from Eastern Kentucky University, the development will consist of 800,000 square feet of retail space featuring 12 outparcels, 15.5 acres for two hotels, and 60,000 square feet of office space.
