We plan Crosland centers as welcome cornerstones of their host neighborhoods. Inviting and conveniently located, they have a desirable mix of retailers. Often, we partner with other Crosland divisions in mixed-use and multi-use developments that offer single-family homes, multi-family residences, retail and office space. Always, we strive to serve the needs of our retail customers.

We currently have 6 million square feet of retail properties. With regional offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; and Orlando, Florida, we are able to provide local expertise, faster response time and quality projects to the communities we serve.

We are currently looking for additional opportunities in the Southeast as we expand into South Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee.
