Austin Village

Austin Village is a 100-acre multi-use development just off of I-485 at the intersection of Potter Road and Chestnut Lane in Indian Trail. This multi-use development is in an ideal location, being one of the only commercially zoned sites in the area. The center has been designed to resemble an English village featuring a center village green and stone-and-stucco finishes. This area will include offices, shops and restaurants. Located in northwestern Union County, this neighborhood center is planned to have 100,000 square feet of retail space on 19 acres, including a 48,756 square foot Harris Teeter grocery. Biltmore Park Town Square

Biltmore Park Town Square is a mixed-use town center that meets the needs of diverse retail customers through upscale retail tenants unique to the region. Conveniently situated along I-26 in Asheville, the highest-traffic corridor between downtown Asheville and Hendersonville, this location near the Asheville regional airport and the Biltmore Estate benefits from excellent visibility. Blakeney Crossing

Blakeney Crossing, 128,000 square feet of traditional retail, restaurants and services, is located on Rea Road as part of Blakeney, a 280+ acre multi-use master planned development including a million square feet of commercial and nearly 800 residential units. This site boasts some of the highest income levels in the Carolinas and has enjoyed a 70% growth in population in a 3-mile radius over the last 6 years. Buckwalter Commons

Strategically located on Highway 278 and Hampton Lakes Parkway, Buckwalter Commons is a 74 acre mixed-used project that will be composed of 450,000 square feet of retail space. Dynamics of the center will include two department stores, a bookstore and a grocery store. Centrally located in the town of Bluffton, South Carolina, the shopping center will be situated in the heart of one of the South's most beautiful and popular areas, servicing all of Beaufort County and eastern Jasper County. Richmond VA Retail RedevelopmentChippenham Place

Chippenham Place will be developed on the site of Cloverleaf Mall, located at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and Chippenham Parkway, just outside the Richmond, Virginia city limits. Chippenham Place, in partnership with Chesterfield County, will include a minimum of 200,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately 450 residences. Kroger, one of the nation's largest grocery retailers, has committed to build it's largest store prototype in the Richmond MSA. Cornerstone

Located at the next largest commercial intersection south of Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina, Cornerstone will comprise 800,000+ square feet of retail and a 40-acre office/medical component. This dynamic shopping center will be located directly across Highway 521 from Sun City at Carolina Lakes, a Del Webb community, proposing over 3,300 homes on 1,230 acres surrounding ten lakes. Located in Knightdale, North Carolina on Knightdale Boulevard, adjacent to the Shoppes at Midway anchored by Target and Home Depot, this new shopping center will boast five anchor stores, including Dick's Sporting Goods and Best Buy, as well as various retail shops, outparcels and hotel site. Conveniently situated east of Interstate 540 and west of Hinton Oaks Boulevard, the 225,500 square foot shopping center will include pedestrian walkways and attractive landscaping. Mira Bay

Crosland is developing a 31-acre village center at the perimeter of MiraBay, the 750-acre waterfront community in Apollo Beach just outside of Tampa, Florida where new homes are priced from the mid-$300s to more than $5 million. Anchored by a 50,000 square foot SweetBay supermarket, the site will include 146,000 square feet of specialty shops, restaurants, and office space in addition to 80 townhomes. The architectural style of the village will reflect the coastal living design associated with MiraBay, featuring fine workmanship and thoughtful features. Pendleton Village

Located at the northwest quadrant of Highway 160 and the I-77 interchange in Fort Mill, South
Carolina, Pendleton Village is a 25-acre plus neighborhood shopping center featuring a Lowes Home Improvement store as its anchor tenant. The Lowes store comprises more than 140,000 square feet of retail sales space, with an adjacent 29,000-square-foot garden center. Ideally situated across from the Baxter Community on Highway 160, offering great visibility to the interstate, this community center will bring additional shopping and dining, including Chick-Fil-A, to the growing Fort Mill area.  Richmond Centre

Located 21 miles south of Lexington, with excellent visibility from I-75, Richmond Centre will be the premier regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality venue for south, central Kentucky. This 120-acre multi-use development will comprise approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space, including traditional and discount department stores, specialty retailers, a bookstore, theatre, restaurants and hotels.
