Crosland Investment Services is Crosland's property management, leasing and asset management business unit. We manage assets on behalf of other owners. These divisions have celebrated winning the National Real Estate “A List” Award for Service Excellence consistently over the past several years.

Residential Property Management

Crosland’s diverse residential fee-management portfolio includes complex, large communities with more than 500 apartment homes and multiple ownership entities which have been developed over several phases. Crosland also manages projects with a few as 26 units.

Over half the units in our residential division’s nearly 7,000-unit portfolio are fee-managed. Our third-party clients range from private investors to large institutions.

Managing luxury and complex, urban, mixed-use projects as well as affordable communities is a refined process for our residential division. From a preliminary meeting to a performance review, Crosland’s approach to integrating a new property into our existing management portfolio is a five-phase process which ensures a smooth transition for site associates, residents, prospects and the owner.

Retail Property Management

Crosland’s Retail division manages over 3 million square feet of retail space for third-party clients across the Southeast. Our experienced team has managed through real estate cycles and enjoys relationships with most national and regional retailers. We have experience with large open-air communities, grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use developments, niche shopping centers, single-tenant boxes and outparcels.
