Crosland is an active developer in The Gulch, one of Nashville’s most celebrated urban redevelopment projects. The Gulch is a 30-acre, $400 million, mixed-use development just inside Nashville’s downtown core. When completed, The Gulch will offer 350,000 to 400,000 square feet of retail space, 750,000 to 1 million square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of hospitality space and 2 million square feet of residential space.
