Professional Experience

In addition to supporting the General Manager/CFO, Cindy manages all aspects of daily office operations, performs numerous accounting responsibilities and assists with corporate/finance projects as needed.  Prior to her current roles, Cindy was in the company’s Mixed-Use Division where she served as Executive Assistant to the division president.  While in that position, she was also heavily involved with project marketing efforts, selection and coordination of interior and exterior finishes, and the design of project signage for one of the division’s primary developments. 

 

Prior to joining Crosland, Cindy was the Assisted Housing Coordinator and the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Givens Estates Continuing Care Retirement Community in Asheville, NC.
